My client one of the leading Main Dealers is looking to expand their service department and requires an experienced Service Advisor /聽for their Market Weighton Depot.
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
路Writing orders for repair work
路Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
路Up selling after sales services
路Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor聽
路Excellent communication skills
路Kerridge experience hugely beneficial
路Second to none Customer Service skills
路Enthusiasm and is hard working
路Self-motivated and a team player
路Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
路Motor trade experience is essential
