Role: Press Operator/ Manufacturing Assembler
Location: Groby, LE6
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6am-2:30pm; Friday, 6am-11am
Contract: 12-month temporary role with the potential to go permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual press equipment for diaphragm forming, ensuring consistent and safe handling of materials
- Inspect formed components using shadow graph and measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy
- Record inspection results and work with quality teams to resolve any non-conformances
- Follow health and safety procedures, keeping the work area clean and organised
- Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback on processes and tools
