Service Care Solutions is working alongside a community-centred law firm, based in Buckinghamshire, which needs experienced Conveyancer to join their team. The company is seeking a skilled legal professional to join their team and handle various residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and more.Role: Conveyancer - Solicitor or Licensed ConveyancerLocation: BuckinghamshireSalary: £30,000 to £50,000per annumKey requirements of the Conveyancer role:

Handle all types of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Handle conveyancing matters from initial instructions, to exchange and to completion.
Support existing clients whilst generating new business for the firm.

Required Skills:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
Proficiency in all aspects of residential conveyancing law.
Effective networking abilities. It would be beneficial to have a familiarity with the local area and existing local business contacts or following.
Experience managing your caseload.
