Key Responsibilities:-
Plan, supervise, and coordinate lifting operations in compliance with LOLER regulations and company procedures.

Prepare detailed lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.

Liaise with crane operators, riggers, and site managers to ensure safe and effective lifting operations.

Conduct site inspections and ensure all lifting equipment is certified and used correctly.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lifting regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Valid Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) certification (e.g., CPCS A61 or equivalent).

Proven experience in managing complex lifting operations.

Sound understanding of LOLER, PUWER, and Health & Safety regulations.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic site environment.
