IT Technician – Marlborough – £180/day – 2 Month Contract

We’re working with a client in Marlborough who needs an on-site IT Technician for a short-term contract. You’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT issues, and will also support AV equipment on-site.

This is a 5-day-a-week, on-site role, so you’ll need to be confident working face-to-face with users.

The basics:

  • Location: Marlborough (on-site only)
  • Rate: Up to £180/day (outside IR35)
  • Contract length: 2 months
  • Start date: ASAP

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing 1st line support across hardware, software, and networking
  • Supporting AV kit (meeting rooms, conferencing setups, etc.)
  • Managing user accounts and access via Active Directory
  • Supporting users with Microsoft 365 applications and tools
  • Basic admin and troubleshooting on Windows Server
  • Logging and tracking tickets, escalating where needed



What you’ll need:

  • Solid experience in an on-site IT support or technician role
  • Familiarity with M365, Active Directory, and Windows Server
  • Good hands-on troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with AV support (nice to have but important)
  • Confident working on-site and directly with end users
  • Available to start immediately
