Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Marlow

Salary: £13.31 per hour

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday: Finish at lunch – 39 hours per week

About the role as a production operative:

We’re currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Marlow. This hands-on role involves working with small components in a fast-paced production environment, where attention to detail is key. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and is looking to join a supportive team. This role also has opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general production and assembly work
• Operate machinery to smooth and finish metal components
• Perform delicate bench work with care and accuracy
• Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards
• Support team production goals and ensure efficient workflow

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow work instructions
