- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement workflows, automation, and integrations within HubSpot.
- Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams on HubSpot functionalities.
- Monitor and analyse system usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HubSpot processes with business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HubSpot.
