Job type: Temp to Perm

Rate: Up to £30,000.00 per annum

Overtime at 1.5, Double time on a Sunday

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (Flexible working hours)

As a Paint Finisher, you will be responsible for delivering flawless paint finishes on components, ensuring the highest details and standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities for this Paint Finisher role:

• Perform precise detailing, touch-ups, and quality inspections throughout the painting process.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, job cards, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of work performed and materials used.

Skills required for the Paint Finisher:

• Proven experience as a paint finisher or spray painter, ideally in the aviation or aerospace sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of precision.
• Strong understanding of surface preparation, masking techniques, and paint application.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
