Location: Marlow Bottom | Long-term, Full-Time/Part-Time | Start Date: January 2026
Pay: £90–£100 per day

Job Description:

  • Provide practical and emotional support to families, helping them overcome barriers to learning and wellbeing
  • Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure children receive the best possible support

  • Support children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, both in and out of the classroom
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding processes in line with school policies

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working with children, families, or in a community support role (desirable but not essential)
  • Be empathetic, approachable, and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting families
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and inclusive practice
  • Possess excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Be confident working collaboratively with school staff and external professionals
  • Have experience in health care, social care, or family support settings (highly desirable)
