Rate: £40,000.00per nnum
Overtime at 1.5, Double time on a Sunday
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (Flexible working hours)

Paint Technician Responsibilities:
- Prepare and apply paint coatings on components and structures.
- Ensure high-quality finishes, adhering to strict industry standards and specific specifications.
- Inspect surfaces for cleanliness, smoothness, and defects before and after painting.
- Mix paints, primers, and other coatings to achieve desired colours, finishes, and consistency.
- Follow detailed work instructions, and technical drawings.
- Maintain spray booths, equipment, and tools in good working order, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
The Paint Technician Should have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in paint spraying (ideally within the aviation or manufacturing industries)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver precision work in a high-quality manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in the use of paint spray guns, and other paint application tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with various paint types and their proper application methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
