Job Title: Temporary Part Time Office Administrator

Location: Martock

Hours: 14 hours per week (flexible how the hours are worked)

We are currently recruiting for a highly organised Administrator to join a small close-knit team based in Martock. You will be responsible for supporting the team with administration task and providing fantastic customer service skills. This is a temporary role for 2 - 3 months therefore you must be available immediately to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming post and documents
  • Support the senior team with administration tasks when needed
  • Assist with public enquiries in person, by phone, or email
  • Keep both paper and digital records organised
  • Monitor office supplies and reorder when needed
  • Update the website with meeting minutes, agendas and news
  • Make sure noticeboards are kept current

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent customer care skills with a professional telephone manner
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in an administrative or PA role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
