ExperienceMin 6 months of UK experience required working with children in mental health
Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to de-escalate challenging situations
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
- PMVA (Preventative Measures and Violence Awareness) certification or willingness to obtain
- Mandatory training completion
- Flexibility to travel within Carlisle and Cumbria
- Commitment to working at least 36 hours per week, predominantly long day shifts (12 hours)
