Derbyshire-based - travelling to various sites across East and West Midlands, Shropshire, Gloucestershire and South Yorkshire

30,000 - 40,000 - DOE

A Market Leading supplier of Plant Machinery and Tools has an exciting opportunity for an Field Service Technician to join their well-established Engineering Team.

Role Description
- Attending site breakdowns at customer sites, carrying out any fault finding, maintenance, or servicing on plant equipment
- Service, repair and maintain a range of plant and construction machinery
- Travel to customer sites
- Ensure all work undertaken is compliant with manufacturer guidelines and recommendations
- Adhere to health and safety standards, making sure outstanding customer service is given
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a mobile plant engineer, mobile plant fitter, plant technician or plant mechanic.
- Previous work on plant machineries such as excavators, diggers, rollers, dumpers,
- Able to work on own and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision
- Confident and professional manner, with strong customer-awareness
- Effective communication skills
- Full Driving licence (essential)
- Ideally NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Engineering qualification or similar
