An exciting opportunity has arisen in a growing family-owned SME retail distributor to recruit a Management Accountant. Concentrating firmly on the development and wellbeing of their employees, our client pride themselves on creating a team focused, fun and friendly working culture.

Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Manage a small finance team.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
- Provide detailed sales analysis and financial forecasts.
- Year-end accounting for auditing, ensuring compliance throughout.
- Develop weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Control overheads, set budgets, and collaborate with management.
- Cashbook, payroll, reconciliations, and oversight of purchase and sales ledgers.
- Seek improvements for cost efficiencies and financial processes.
- Ad-hoc tasks.
You should have achieved or hold the abilities within:
- ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA, AAT, QBE or currently studying.
- Strong IT skills, ideally within Sage Line 50 and Excel.
- A self-motivator with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with foreign currency transactions would be desirable.
