Shift: Monday - Friday Salary: £30k - £35k

The Role:

Responsible for managing day to day customer accounts queries, ensuring customer satisfaction and agreed delivery targets are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead Customer Performance Reviews with key and targeted customers, in order to build customer relationships and monitor performance.
  • Support with all customer queries, complaints & escalation issues escalating concerns to the account manager.
  • Support production controllers to develop customer account objectives.
  • Manage the internal sales manifest & support the customer accounts team in achieving weekly targets.
  • Manage Customer Scorecards and circulate internally, working with the Account Manager and Production Manager to produce recovery plans where necessary.
  • Ensure any customer changes (delivery dates, order quantities etc) are updated within the ERP system
  • Maintain electronic order books for all customers ensuring records are accurate
  • Support in ensuring compliance with UK export regulations, undertaking internal audits & if issues arise assist with corrective action plans to ensure company compliance.
  • Proactively support and engage in continuous improvement projects as required, to promote continuous improvement within the company.
  • Measure and keep a record of our Delivery Performance to Customers.

The Candidate:

  • Experience of managing customer accounts and conducting Business reviews (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of word, excel, email and MRP/ERP systems
  • Ability to work quickly & under pressure, prioritise and manage many varying and conflicting tasks at the same time
