A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR and OD professional to take on a key interim leadership role within a dynamic and values-led Public Sector organisation.

This assignment offers the chance to lead a well-established team, steer the function through a period of change, and make a significant contribution to shaping the future People & Culture agenda.

Key Features of the Role:
  • Provide transitional leadership for the HR & OD function
  • Step into a high-level head of service position within a political and evolving public sector context
  • Support the delivery and evolution of a People Strategy and People & Culture Programm
  • Play a key role in a procurement transition
  • Immediate focus on HR operations, with increasing emphasis on OD and cultural change
