This opportunity is offering great potential for career progression as the business continues to expand. You will be joining a supportive and friendly HR team.
The ideal candidate will have solid HR advisory experience, including a reasonable amount of employee relations knowledge, and a willingness to develop further skills in areas such as TUPE, if needed.
Duties within the role:
- Delivery of HR processes
- Administration and maintenance of all ER documentation (contracts, letter templates etc)
- Handle all employee and manager HR enquiries and support managers with effective case management whilst ensuring policies and procedures are applied
- Support on the resolution of ER matters
- Work with employee engagement metrics and action
- Support the development and delivery of employee engagement plans and initiatives
- Ensure all employee benefits are up to date
- Provide insight from data to support plans and strategy around performance and reward
- End to end recruitment
- Onboarding support
- Support on HR projects
