Job Title: Private Client Solicitor - HYBRID

Location: You choose either, Burton on Trent, Derby or Loughborough - with parking

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Experience Required: Over 3 years PQE

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our dynamic team in either Burton on Trent, Derby or Loughborough. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a proven track record in handling a diverse range of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and a personable approach.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and support the growth of the team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with over 3 years PQE in private client law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
