Residential support worker - Belper

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a children’s residential provider in Derbyshire who are on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers / RSW. 

We are looking for a Residential Support Workers / RSW to work nights throughout the week. (10pm-7am)

Our residential provider adopts an ethos that is child focused, while understanding that children will thrive when they feel safe and secure. A focus on providing consistency and continuity, ensuring at all times that children’s wishes are heard and respected.

The successful Residential Support Worker / RSW will have:

• Experience in a children's residential setting
• Experience supporting young people with Autism
• ‘Can-do’ attitude
• Flexibility with shifts
