My client in the Dronfield area require an experienced Tig Welder / Fabricator.
Duties
Fabricate components using stainless steel and other materials as per design requirements.
Maybe requireed to use CAD / Laser Cutting
Assemble fabricated parts and structures, ensuring accuracy and quality in alignment with project standards.
Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the fabrication process.
Perform stick welding and other welding techniques to join metal parts securely.
Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
Proficient in basic maths for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
CAD / Laser Cutting experience an advantage.
Experience with power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment is essential.
Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques.
Ability to weld using various methods, including stick welding, with precision and skill.
Excellent mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues that may arise during fabrication or assembly processes.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed.

Monday to Thursday 0700hrs to 1600hrs & Friday 0700hrs to 1300hrs
