We have 170+ locations and employ c 1800 colleagues. Under new ownership of Alteri Investors we have an ambitious 3 year plan to grow the business further and achieve our mission.

The Role:

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that vehicles are kept to pre-set standards and are legally compliant.
  • Ensure that issues such as annual leave, sickness and driver disciplinary are dealt with within Bensons for Beds guidelines.
  • Working with employment agencies to acquire drivers on a temporary basis when required by the business.
  • Routing deliveries on a daily basis.
  • Ensure drivers comply with legal driving hours and working time directive.
  • Daily KPI data entries
  • Assist other members of the distribution centre office team with their duties as required.
  • Work jointly with Transport and Warehouse and ensuring we are compliant on collections and we are investigating and fails and put in fixes
Skills needed

We are looking for administrators with the following skills, experience and attributes to be successful in this role:
