Working Hours: 2-week rotation

Early shift: 06:00 to 14:30 Mon-Thu 06:00 to 13:30 Fri

Late shift: 14:00 to 22:30 Mon-Thu 13:00 to 20:30 Fri

Scope of the Role:

As an Operator, you play a vital role in the success of our business. Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to manufacture high-quality plastic components. Support efficient production by ensuring consistent output, minimizing downtime, and following established safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures and production schedules.
  • Carry out machine start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
  • Monitor the quality of output, checking for defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Complete production documentation accurately, including batch records and machine logs.
  • Assist with material handling, including loading raw materials and unloading finished products.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the proper functioning of safety guards and emergency stops.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, downtime, and inefficiencies.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or machine-operating environment
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong awareness of workplace Health & Safety
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift work
