About the Role:


We're looking for an experienced M&E Site Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering delivery to join our project team. The successful candidate will oversee all civil elements of the works on site, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance are achieved to the highest standards.
You'll be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, maintaining documentation, and driving safe and efficient project delivery in line with company and client requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


路Lead and manage all civil engineering works on site.
路Ensure full SHES (Safety, Health, Environment & Sustainability) and Quality compliance.
路Deliver civils works in accordance with the agreed programme and project milestones.
路Manage site resources in line with programme requirements.
路Oversee drawing management and compliance with SR135 standards.
路Identify, plan, and manage all Temporary Works, ensuring they are approved and implemented correctly.
路Draft, review, and approve RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
路Monitor and ensure completion of QA documentation and As-Builts.
路Chair weekly SHES and coordination meetings with site teams and subcontractors.
路Identify and resolve constructability issues ahead of programme-critical works.
路Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of plant and materials to meet programme requirements.


Essential Skills & Qualifications:


路SR163 certification
路SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
路NSI 6 & 8 Full
路HSG47 (2-Day)
路Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS 3-Day)
路First Aid (3-Day)
路Fire Marshal qualification
路Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
路Proven track record managing civils and M&E interfaces on large-scale infrastructure projects
