Class 1 HGV Driver – Refrigeration & Freezer Haulage

Salary: £16.50 -£18.40

We are currently seeking experienced and professional Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our growing team, specialising in refrigerated and freezer haulage. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reliable, established logistics provider where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring chilled and frozen goods are delivered safely and on time.

• Safe and efficient operation of Class 1 vehicles

• Transporting refrigerated and frozen goods to RDCs, depots, and customer sites

• Ensuring products remain within temperature control during transit

• Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining accurate delivery records

• Adhering to all road transport regulations and company policies

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Previous experience in refrigerated/freezer haulage preferred

• Strong understanding of driver hours, WTD, and compliance

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
