Our innovative client is currently looking for a Packaging Operative to join their busy team based in Melksham.

Why This Role?
Competitive Pay: 12.50 Per Hour
Immediate Start: Register and begin work upon successful interview
Set Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00AM - 17:00PM
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Follow clear operational processes and customer specifications to provide consistently high-quality finished products.
- Prepare packing line as instructed
- Pack, label and stack product according to product specifications
- Complete packing paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Report any product, packaging or feed defects to the Production Manager to ensure quality levels are highest at all times.
- Operate mill machinery and equipment.
What You'll Bring:
- Positive attitude with the ability to work to a high standard without supervision
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience within the manufacturing industry/operating machinery or working on a packing line is desired however not essential.
- Forklift Certificate is desired however not essential
