Affinity Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work across a range of schools within the White Horse Federation. This is a fantastic opportunity to start immediately and work flexibly throughout the academic year with potential for long-term placement or contract progression.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting teachers with lessons and classroom activities
Helping pupils with their learning, both one-to-one and in small groups
Encouraging children's development through play and structured tasks
Keeping the classroom tidy and ready for learning
Observing and sharing feedback on pupil progress with teaching staff

Ideal Candidate Profile

Passionate about working with children and being creative in your approach
Confident managing behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeing
Experience leading a class or group in the absence of a teacher
Able to stay positive and focused during challenging moments
Friendly, approachable, and committed to inclusive education
