Salary: 27,500 per annum
Shifts:
Early: 06:00-14:30 Mon-Thu | 06:00-13:30 Fri
Late: 14:00-22:30 Mon-Thu | 13:00-20:30 Fri
Are you a hands-on team player who takes pride in quality work? We're looking for a committed Injection Moulding Operator to join our clients growing team in Melksham. Our client is working towards becoming a Zero-Waste business-and want you to be part of that journey.
What we are looking for:
Injection Moulding experience preferred but not essential.
Attention to detail.
Experience working in a fast paced environment.
Reliable, flexible and committed.
Positive attitude.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.
Understand and follow machine instructions and production methods (including insert-moulding and gate/sprue removal).
Monitor output and alert staff if targets can't be met or defects are identified.
Maintain high quality standards-every part matters.
Accurately use our real-time MES system (Intouch) to record production data.
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organised at all times.
Participate in training and take ownership of your development.
Support environmental and waste reduction initiatives.
