About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients find the right talent, while ensuring candidates experience an exceptional and seamless recruitment journey. You’ll be an enthusiastic business developer, a trusted advisor, and a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
This is a role where no two days are the same. You’ll grow your division’s presence, build a thriving network, and deliver outstanding service that keeps clients and candidates returning time and time again.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow revenue, market share, and profitability within the division.

Proactively source and engage a strong network of clients and candidates.

Design and deliver effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and team dynamics.

Conduct thorough screening, reference checks, and compliance processes.

Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, ensuring exceptional service levels.

Identify new business opportunities and convert lapsed accounts into active, profitable clients.

Manage reporting and data requirements to support strong operational performance.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year’s experience within the recruitment industry.

Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and recruitment best practice.

Confident across interview, screening, and candidate preparation techniques.

Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

A degree in HR, Business, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
