Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and implement a broad, balanced curriculum promoting fitness and teamwork
- Lead extracurricular sports clubs and school competitions
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and participation
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to the development of the PE department
- Promote a healthy, active lifestyle and inclusive sporting culture
Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge in PE and sports science
- Experience teaching PE up to GCSE level
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Passionate about physical activity and student wellbeing
- Able to engage and motivate learners of all abilities
- Committed to safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment
