Job Title: Care Worker Community-Based
Also known as Support Worker, Care Worker, Care Assistant
Pay: £17 per hour weekday evenings/weekends - £15 per hour weekday days
Location:Melksham
Reports to: Registered Manager
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time available
Checks Required: Enhanced DBS

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care and support based on individual care plans
Promote independence, choice, and respect at all times
Support with meal preparation, household tasks, and social interaction
Maintain accurate care records and report changes or concerns
Work flexibly and travel within the community
What Were Looking For:
Empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Understanding of safeguarding and safe working practices
Good English comprehension and attention to detail
A willingness to work in diverse home environments
Desirable:
QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care
Experience supporting people to live independently
Access to a car with business insurance
