Your Role and Impact as a Welder:

As a key Welder, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of fabrication and finishing. Working independently and on your own initiative, your responsibilities will include:

Welding of mild and stainless steel & alloys using both MIG and TIG processes.
Measuring, cutting, and finishing welded works to high standards.
Maintaining your own tooling and workstations, ensuring they are clean and free from fire risks.
Training other team members when applicable.
Using hand tools such as grinders, circular saws, band saws, and other relevant tools safely.
Ensuring compliance with company Health & Safety, maintenance procedures & quality control, working safely without presenting a direct threat to yourself or others in Melksham.

Is This Role for You?

We're looking for a Welder with proven welding experience, specifically with MIG & TIG welding (essential). Being a Coded Welder is preferred. You'll need to put health and safety and employee wellbeing first, have an excellent understanding of the manufacturing process, and possess your own tools.
