Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background ofdelivering projects within the Commercial & Residential New Build sectors?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an historic and industry leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are currently on the look out for an experienced Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, delivering residential and commercial projects upto 5m in value across Yorkshire. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all works taking place on site, ensuring projects are being delivered to budget, deadlines and upholding quality standards.

What are we looking for?
- Prior, proven experience delivering projects as a Site Manager within the Residential orCommercial new build sectors.
- NVQ Level6 in Construction Management
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication,leadership and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with your Assistant Site Manager to ensure the smooth success of the projects you work on, upholding quality and intergity, whilst working to budget and deadlines.
- Oversee all Health & Safety on site, ensuring compliance in line with specifications and company policies.
- Identify issues proactively, maintain confidentiality, and represent the businesses best interests.
- Form reports and project progress documents to the Project Manager / Contracts Manager.
- Conduct tool box talks and manage trades & sub-contractors.
- Work with the commercial team, to maintain clarity of project changes and feedback.
