Were on the lookout for a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our clients vibrant team. Working closely with their brilliant Head Chef, youll help lead the kitchen and deliver delicious, high-quality food that keeps the guests coming back for more.

From hearty breakfasts to mouth-watering lunches and seasonal dinners, youll be right at the heart of our culinary offering contributing to a kitchen that prides itself on fresh, flavorful dishes and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team in the Head Chefs absence.
  • Maintain the exceptional 5-star food hygiene rating.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with the team to consistently deliver outstanding food and service.
  • Train and guide junior team members in culinary techniques and kitchen procedures.
  • Contribute to the creation of exciting new seasonal menus every two months.
What Were Looking For:
  • Previous leadership experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant.
  • Confident managing kitchen operations and supervising staff.
  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • A team player with a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
  • Creative flair and a desire to contribute ideas to menu development.
  • Culinary qualification or certification is an advantage, but not essential.
