- Managing a portfolio of mid-market clients (GWP £10k – £100k), ensuring exceptional service and retention.
- Working closely with a supportive team to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Overseeing renewals and ensuring clients’ evolving needs are met.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and building long-term relationships with local businesses.
- Collaborating with the internal new business team where needed.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members if desired.
- Experience as a Commercial Account Executive or an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking to step up.
- A passion for client service and relationship management.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with preexisting clients.
- Base salary of up to £80,000, depending on experience.
- Flexible hybrid working – ideally 1–2 days in the office, the rest from home.
- Established, warm portfolio of East Midlands-based clients to take over.
- Bonus structure on new business: 10% of 40% allocation if you hit 100% of target.
