Explore an exciting career opportunity in property maintenance management with NCHA. We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead one of our Repairs and Maintenance teams in East Midlands. If you're passionate about social housing repairs and delivering high-quality maintenance services, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Team Manager, you’ll oversee a remote team of multi-skilled tradespeople, ensuring efficient delivery of housing maintenance services. Responsibilities include recruitment, induction, performance management and driving service improvements.

This is a key leadership role in our repairs and maintenance division, ideal for professionals with experience in construction management and property maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) or equivalent experience in construction or maintenance
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience managing remote teams and promoting a safe, inclusive working culture
  • Strong understanding of building maintenance and Health & Safety legislation
  • Proven track record in budget management, procurement, and contractor oversight
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in social housing repairs or working with a Registered Provider
