If you're passionate about social housing repairs and delivering high-quality maintenance services, this role is for you.
About the Role
As a Team Manager, you’ll oversee a remote team of multi-skilled tradespeople, ensuring efficient delivery of housing maintenance services. Responsibilities include recruitment, induction, performance management and driving service improvements.
This is a key leadership role in our repairs and maintenance division, ideal for professionals with experience in construction management and property maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) or equivalent experience in construction or maintenance
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience managing remote teams and promoting a safe, inclusive working culture
- Strong understanding of building maintenance and Health & Safety legislation
- Proven track record in budget management, procurement, and contractor oversight
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in social housing repairs or working with a Registered Provider
