Role & Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:

  • Engage with clients through various communication channels to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Inform clients about the range of services available and encourage utilisation to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that benefit the client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and analyse reports related to client accounts and service usage.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service processes.?

About You as the Client Relationship Manager:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
