We are currently looking for experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join a high-quality joinery manufacturer based in Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a skilled team producing bespoke, premium-grade joinery for a wide range of commercial and architectural projects.

The Role:
You will be working within a modern workshop environment, carrying out bench joinery duties to produce high-end bespoke joinery components. Projects vary from one-off pieces to full interior fit-outs, often working from detailed drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings

  • Assembling and finishing bespoke joinery products

  • Working with a range of hardwoods, sheet materials, and veneers

  • Using hand tools and woodworking machinery

  • Ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bench joiner in a workshop environment

  • Ability to read technical drawings accurately

  • Confident using a wide range of woodworking machinery and tools
