We are looking for an Energy Assessor, with qualifications / experience in any of the below areas:Â
- On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (Part L, SAP, thermal bridging aka psi values, U values, Domestic EPCs)
- Experience conducting Part O assessments
- Experience producing Energy Statements
- Non-Domestic Energy Assessors – level, 3, 4 or 5 (SBEM, DSM, Commercial EPC)
We would require them to be in our office (Landrace Lodge, LE14 3HQ) Monday – Friday 8.30-5.30, with an hour lunch break. Depending on competency and qualifications, we might consider working from home after the probationary period but I think it is best not to advertise that just in case we find someone with prior experience in a team but hasn’t worked independently so would require assistance and support from colleagues in the office. I hope that makes sense.
Driver’s licence is required due to location.
