Reporting to the CEO, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Director to join the executive team. This is a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
About you:
- Fully Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA.
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role in a global SaaS or technology company.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to undertake an initial secondment to the USA.
