Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator with a background in wealth management?
Eaton Syalon are partnering exclusively with a highly reputable wealth management firm that prides itself on delivering a truly personal and tailored financial planning service. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a proactive and detail driven Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.
Previous experience within a wealth management or IFA environment is essential to be considered for this role.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting Financial Planners with client administration
• Preparing and processing new business applications
• Maintaining up-to-date client records and back-office systems
• Producing client reports, valuations, and documentation
• Liaising with providers and clients to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensuring compliance and documentation meet FCA requirements
• Accurately record and maintain all written and electronic client communications in line with FCA and GDPR requirements, using a financial planning system.
• Collect, collate and record client policy information and critical data in accordance with Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering principles.
• Manage and update client records, portfolios and transactional data, ensuring secure storage and confidentiality.
• Support the implementation of ongoing suitability and service processes following client reviews.
• Adhere to internal and FCA compliance procedures, including reporting breaches or complaints to the Compliance Manager.
• Process and submit new business applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant and follow up with providers to completion.What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience within a wealth management or IFA environment is essential
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes and products
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workloads independently in a remote setting
• Confident communication skills (Both written and verbal)
• Familiarity with financial software and CRM systems
