As Deputy General Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel: overseeing multiple departments, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and team performance.
Requirements
- Hospitality backgroundfrom a prestigious 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Strongfine dining and F&B experiencewith a deep understanding of service and offerings.
- Ability to oversee a high-class operation.
- Committed to delivering a first-class guest experience with a hands-on approach
- Has a strong knowledge of hotel rooms, sales and revenue management.
- Understanding of hotel financials (P&L, budgets and targets).
- Capable of controlling payroll, COS and hotel costs.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates with other departments.
- Experienced in managing multiple departmental teams.
Salary up to £60,000 plus bonus and great benefits.
