This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in operatingmedium to large-scale hotel propertieswith multiple revenue-generating departments.


As Deputy General Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel: overseeing multiple departments, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and team performance.



Requirements

  • Hospitality backgroundfrom a prestigious 4-star or 5-star hotel.
  • Strongfine dining and F&B experiencewith a deep understanding of service and offerings.
  • Ability to oversee a high-class operation.
  • Committed to delivering a first-class guest experience with a hands-on approach
  • Has a strong knowledge of hotel rooms, sales and revenue management.
  • Understanding of hotel financials (P&L, budgets and targets).
  • Capable of controlling payroll, COS and hotel costs.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates with other departments.
  • Experienced in managing multiple departmental teams.
