Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Plant Operators with CPCS tickets to join our client. The ideal candidate will have either 360 Excavator, Digger, Roller, ADT or Dumper CPCS tickets and will have previously worked within a Groundwork or Earth Work projects. The Plant Operator will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency while contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties
- Working across the UK with Tier 1 Contractors
- Following detailed plans for earthworks
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, identifying any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including any issues or downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Engage in digging operations when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are followed for safety.
Experience
- Previous experience in Civil Engineering, Groundworks or Earthworks
- Familiarity with digging operations or heavy machinery operation is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork is crucial for success in this role.
