Service Administrator – PART TIME 20 Hours Per Week - No Friday working! 

PART TIME – TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT 

Hours: Monday to Thursday – Office hours / No Friday working!    

Basic Salary: £24,000.00 to £(phone number removed) Per Annum FTE Salary (£13,000.00 Per Annum Pro Rated)

Our long-standing client has been established for more than 40 years who have gone from strength to strength and due to Internal promotions within the Service delivery team, they are now seeking a Part Time Service Administrator on a Temporary to Permanent basis working 4 days per week as a Service Administrator for 5 hours per day, across 4 days / 20 Hours Per Week.

Service Administrator Role:

  • Maintain relationships with Internal and external customers
  • Work within a busy internal customer service team where no 2 days are the same as a Service Administrator in a varied role
  • Process incoming chargeable notifications
  • Process Invoices as a Service Administrator
  • Deal with any incoming queries as a Service Administrator in a timely manner
  • Support internal sales team with Admin or service queries
  • Liaising with external company departments and branches as Service Administrator
  • Updating internal database and maintaining records
  • Any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as a Service Administrator within the Service Delivery Team.

Service Administrator Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Service Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Internal Administrator.
  • IT Literate with high attention to detail as a Service Administrator
  • An enthusiastic and dynamic personality with a highly ‘proactive attitude’ as a
  • Excellent level of MS Office skills
