Hours: monday to thursday 07:30 to 16:30 , 16:00pm on friday.
Salary: 28,000 - 35,000
Andy File Associates are working closely with a company in East Yorkshire who deliver industry-leading pedestrian safety solutions, from polymer barriers to projected walkways, designed to keep people protected, clearly segregated and your site fully compliant.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of projects through efficient coordination of documentation, procurement, logistics, and client communication.
Role Description
- Preparing Project Documentation (RAMS, Install Packs, Gantt Charts)
- Supply Chain Coordinators Duties:
- Invoicing and Job Costing
- Coordinating International and Domestic deliveries
- Assist with install dates
- Client/contractor queries
- Artwork brief preparation
- Assist on site surveys
- Arrange collection/deliveries on FFO (barriers/PJS)
- General Administration and Data base Planning
- Raise Pos for FFO/Consultancy orders
- Check orders Received on time and in full within budget
- Updating job tracker and Hubspot
- Quality check invoice and order information
- Assist Project Manager with MPM/Alis Tech and install quotes
- Dispatch orders
- Assist Project Manager with Supplier Questionnaires
- Assist Project Manager with RAMS and NDAs
- Visiting suppliers
- Assist Project Manager with delivery of FFO projects
Performance Objectives
Documentation and Compliance
Financial Accuracy and Invoicing
To respond to all client calls & emails within 1 hours of their communication
Maintain a high level of customer service to all customers and prospects at all times
Experience
Previous experience in a project coordination, supply chain, or administrative role
Experience in using CRM systems , spread sheets and job tracking systems
Experience managing international shipments, imports/exports, or logistics arrangements would be an advantage.
Experience liaising with clients and subcontractors to coordinate work schedules

Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate conversations during all interactions with customers in a commercial way
Competent in using Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Basic understanding of procurement processes, stock control, and logistics
Problem-solving and decision-making ability under time pressure
Qualifications
A good standard of education, ideally further or higher education level with particularly emphasis on written and oral communication skills
