Expectations of a Teaching assistant:
You will be expected to aid the class teacher in the delivery of successful lessons whilst also contributing to the behaviour management duties.
Be confident taking groups of pupils by yourself, as well as in 1 to 1 settings with pupils.
Maintain professional relationships with all other staff members and parents.
