Piers Meadows Recruitment are looking for an Occupational Therapist to work in South Wales:

A Band 6 Occupational Therapist who MUST have extensive Inpatient Orthopaedic Experience

Monday - Friday 08:00-18:00- full- time hours flexible within this time frame

Summary of Key Skills needed:

  • • Advanced clinical assessment and diagnosis.• Specialized treatment protocols for Orthopaedic conditions.• Patient-centred communication and education.• Leadership and supervision of junior staff.• Evidence-based practice and participation in audits/research.• Comprehensive understanding of Orthopaedic pathologies and post-operative care.• High-level collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.• Strong focus on patient safety, functional mobility, and independence.
