It is essential for you to have the following skills to be able to apply:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Experience working in a main dealer environment
  • 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Package:

  • 28,000 - 40,000 Basic
  • 4,000 - 10,000 in bonus
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm

Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable main dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon, is seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their team. This position offers extensive manufacturer training up to Master Technician level, allowing you to grow your career in a highly supportive environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure vehicles are in top condition.
  • Repairs and Diagnostics: Use the latest diagnostic tools to accurately identify and repair vehicle faults.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all repairs and servicing meet the high-quality standards of the dealership.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues early on.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
  • Documentation: Accurately record all work carried out, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Ongoing Training: Participate in continuous training and development through manufacturer-led courses.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Strong diagnostic and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
