SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90 to £110 per day

GSL Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children in an inclusive and supportive school in Merton. If you are passionate about helping pupils overcome challenges and achieve their potential, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children with a range of special educational needs.

• Provide classroom and one-on-one support tailored to students' needs.

• Implement behaviour strategies and promote student engagement.

• Track and report on student progress.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous SEN support experience.

• Calm, patient, and empathetic nature.

• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

• Adaptability and a proactive approach.
