With a negotiable salary starting of c16 per hour working a rotating shift of 8am - 8pm week 1 over 4 days and 8am - 8pm week 2 over 3 days providing the home with a Deputy Manager on site 8am to 8pm over 7 days a week. As a DeputyManager, you will:
- Support the Home Manager in leading the residential care home.
- Monitor the well-being of residents and ensure their personal and social care needs are met.
- Provide leadership and management, including staff supervision and development.
- Promote independence and well-being among residents.
- Work full time on a rolling shift, week 1 8am - 8pm 4 days and week 2 8am - 8pm 3 days - these hours can be flexible for the right person!
The Deputy Manager role comes with a comprehensive package:
- Hourly rate 16.00 per hour - Annual salary of c35,000, negotiable based on experience.
