We are looking to hire a Senior CNC Machinist to join our machine shop in Methlick, Aberdeenshire.

Key duties

Interpret client specifications, enter them onto the CNC machine,
set up machine andmonitorit as itoperatesto ensure delivery of quality precision made parts.
Optimisethe machining processes in terms of consistent quality and productivity.
Supervise and coordinate activities in the machine shop.
Operating computer-controlled machine to cut, make and manufacture precision parts.
Load and unload material, set up and operate a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.
Assisting in Quality control of parts and stock control.
Ensuring that operating policies and procedures are adhered too.
Basic servicing and maintenance of equipment.
General house keeping.

Experience

Qualifications / Training

Recognised apprenticeship or training program in a technical disciplinepreferred.
